We want you to be 100% satisfied with your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the artwork within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item, you must contact us at salalieber@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please send us a clear explanation via email stating your decision to exercise your right of return.

For orders delivered by mail, the items must be returned to us immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your cancellation of this contract, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, via insured shipping with tracking. The deadline is met if the items are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the items, including insured shipping up to the value of the items. Please send the tracking number and shipping receipts immediately after sending the return shipment via email to salalieber@gmail.com.

For orders with self-collection, you are responsible for the independent personal return to the showroom, Kanalstrasse 25, 41460 Neuss, or you must follow the above instructions for return shipping.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items and checked them for being in perfect, saleable condition.

If the items are returned undamaged and without defects, you will receive a full refund of all payments received, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. This excludes any additional costs incurred in returning the items. A cancellation fee of €5 may be charged to cover transaction costs incurred in processing the refund.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of them that was not necessary for testing their nature, properties and functioning.

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made items. For individual products, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
