We want you to be 100% satisfied with your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the artwork within 14 days of receipt.
To return an item, you must contact us at salalieber@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Please send us a clear statement by email informing us of your decision to exercise your right of return.
For orders that have reached you via shipping, the items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with insured shipping and tracking, immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the items are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the items with insured shipping to the value of the items. Please send the tracking number and shipping receipts to salalieber@gmail.com immediately after submitting the return.
For orders with self-collection, you are responsible for the independent personal return to the showroom, Kanalstrasse 25, 41460 Neuss, or must follow the above instructions for return shipping.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items and checked them for perfect, saleable condition.
If the items are returned undamaged and without defects, you will immediately receive all payments made, including the delivery costs of the order, but no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The same payment method will be used for this refund. Excluded from this are the additional costs incurred by the return. A cancellation fee of €5 may be charged to cover the transaction costs incurred during the refund.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of them that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
Please note that there is no right of cancellation for custom-made products. There is no right of cancellation for custom products in accordance with § 312 g para. 2 No. 1 BGB.
